Job summary

Fast&Up India seeks an experienced SAP professional to manage daily SAP operations and support business users across Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing. The role involves coordinating with SAP consultants and implementation partners, resolving critical issues, and supporting month-end activities.

The candidate should have strong SAP Business One hands-on experience, 8–10 years in SAP, and exposure to SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of data migration, testing, and UAT is essential for future upgrades.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in SAP.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
Experience in SAP implementation or major enhancement projects.
Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Manufacturing processes.
Experience in Manufacturing or Pharma industry will be preferred.
Knowledge or exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
Experience in managing SAP vendors and consultants.
Good understanding of data migration, testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day SAP operations for the organization.
Support Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, and Management teams.
Resolve critical SAP and business process issues; support month-end and year-end activities.
Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for issue resolution and improvements.
Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects; participate in GAP analysis and UAT.
Participate in SAP upgrade projects and coordinate with partners for future transformations.
Ensure SAP integration with OMS, WMS, e-commerce, APIs, and middleware.

Job description

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day SAP operations, supporting business users, resolving critical issues, managing SAP integrations, and coordinating with SAP consultants and implementation partners.

The candidate should also have knowledge and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP systems and should be able to support the company in future ERP upgrade or implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day - to - Day SAP Support

Manage day-to-day SAP Business One operations.
Support Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
and Management teams.
Resolve critical SAP and business process issues.
Support month-end and year-end activities.
Manage user access, authorizations, approval procedures, and master data.
Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for issue resolution and system
improvements.
Monitor and resolve SAP integration and data synchronization issues.

2. Manufacturing & Business Process Support

The candidate should have a good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing

processes, including:

Production Planning.
Bill of Materials (BOM).
Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Production Orders.
Raw Material Consumption.
Finished Goods Production.
Inventory Management.
Product and Production Costing.
Quality processes.
Equipment and Maintenance processes.
Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
Maintenance, and Management teams to improve and standardize business processes.
