Job summary

Infosys is hiring an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management specialist to lead end-to-end deployment of device management, meter reading, and AMI solutions for utility clients. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to design scalable SAP IS-U solutions and guide requirements, configuration, testing, deployment and production support.

You will oversee device lifecycles, integration with CS, Billing and MDM, and contribute to modernization initiatives across Smart Grid and IoT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP IS-U Device Management experience across multiple deployments.
• Experience across Electricity, Gas and Water multi-utility environments.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Able to lead Agile/Scrum delivery for SAP IS-U solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CS, MR, Billing, FI-CA and MDM in SAP IS-U.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor delivering SAP IS-U Device Management, Meter Reading, AMI/Smart Metering, and Meter-to-Cash solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable SAP IS-U Device Management solutions.
• Lead requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Configure and support device lifecycle processes including installation, replacement, removal, exchange, certification, and retirement.
• Support Smart Metering, AMI, NEM, NBT, DER, and bi-directional metering initiatives.
• Work with SAP IS-U CS, Billing, Meter Reading, FI-CA, MDM, EDM, S/4HANA, and BTP teams.
• Support SIT/UAT/Cutover/Go-Live/Hypercare and post-production stabilization.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and utility modernization initiatives.
• Participate in client workshops, demonstrations and business development activities.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Utilities, UC4G, Smart Grid, AMI, IoT and SAP BTP innovations.
