Job summary

Infosys is actively seeking a seasoned SAP Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support across diverse SAP domains in India. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions, leading fit-gap analyses and ensuring post-go-live success.

You will mentor junior team members, uphold SAP best practices, and contribute to solution presentations during business development efforts.

Qualifications

Job description

• Lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, support, and enhancement activities within the assigned SAP domain (Project Management, GRC, Security, MDG, ATTP, SD, PP, QM, Ariba, FICO, Treasury, ABAP, Reporting & Analytics, EWM, or TM).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Support business development activities, estimations, and solution presentations when required.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. • 9+ years of relevant experience in the respective SAP domain.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, or support projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage multiple priorities effectively.
