Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced SAP ISU Device Management professional to join our Application Management Services team in Bengaluru. You will support, maintain, and enhance SAP ISU Device Management solutions for utility clients, ensuring device operations meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include incident management, device lifecycle support, data accuracy across SAP ISU, and coordinating with business users for requirements and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP ISU Device Management, preferably within AMS/support environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP ISU Device Management processes (device installation, removal, replacement, meter reading, device inspection, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ISU configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP ISU modules and third‑party systems.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Experience with incident management tools and AMS processes is desirable.

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for device management processes.
