HadronGBS is seeking an experienced SAP ISU-CRM / Customer Service Consultant to manage day-to-day SAP IS-U CRM operations from a remote India setup. The role emphasizes troubleshooting incidents, ensuring smooth business processes, and delivering effective solutions.

The consultant will handle IS-U CRM operations, production support, batch scheduling, and integrations with other SAP modules, with a focus on incident management and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service/CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U CS/CRM operations.
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U integrations.
• Understanding of incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting incidents, and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth business processes.
