Curvia AI is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead Order-to-Cash design and data migration for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations. The role requires coordinating across time zones and delivering scalable SAP solutions with AI integration.

Contractor position (no medical/paid leave) — initial 6+ month engagement, with extension expected. Location: India and Brazil, overlapping PST hours and US morning business hours.

Competenze

Mansioni

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional design and data migration activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations.

• Commitments Required: Requires a 5-hour operational overlap with PST, alongside active availability throughout US morning business hours in both Eastern and Pacific time zones.
• Employment type: Contractor position (no medical/paid leave) — initial 6+ month engagement, with extension expected.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including configuration work within the last 2–3 years.
• At least one SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or implementation project.
• Proven hands-on experience with Business Partner conversion through CVI during an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including order types, item categories, schedule lines, copy control, partner determination, quotations, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
• Expertise in SAP pricing, including condition techniques, pricing procedures, access sequences, condition records, and rebates.
• Experience with availability checks, backorder processing, and SAP S/4HANA Credit Management.
• Strong understanding of delivery and shipping processes, including route determination, picking, goods issue, and warehouse integration.
• Experience with billing configuration, invoice splits, revenue account determination, intercompany billing, returns, and credit memos.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA output management and integration with MM, FI-AR, CO-PA, and PP.
• Hands-on CVI expertise covering BP roles, groupings, number ranges, field mapping, CVI Cockpit, synchronization, and data error resolution.
• Experience with data migration, field mapping, load sequencing, mock loads, reconciliation, and post-migration validation.
• Ability to lead client workshops, communicate technical decisions, manage scope, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Practical experience using AI or automation in SAP-related work, with a demonstrable use case, tool, and measurable outcome beyond document drafting.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Fluent English and strong written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role working alongside Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI agents to deliver scalable, validated SAP solutions. The consultant will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash design, including sales order management, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, and customer master processes.
• Managing SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion activities, including simplification assessments, fit-to-standard design, and configuration decisions.
• Owning customer master migration to Business Partner through Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), including mapping, mock loads, validation, and reconciliation.
• Managing the migration of open sales orders, pricing conditions, and open deliveries, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity.
• Conducting workshops with business and technical stakeholders, documenting design decisions, resolving issues, and obtaining sign-offs.
• Defining requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-driven process analysis, data profiling, migration, and validation activities.
• Reviewing AI-generated outputs against SAP functional requirements and actual business data.
• Supporting multiple international engagements while maintaining effective communication and documentation across time zones.
• Enabling client teams to adopt and independently operate the AI platform.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Advanced ATP (aATP), Settlement Management, EDI/IDoc integrations, or third-party tax engines.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with SAP IS-Retail, including article master and site conversion.
• Exposure to multiple SAP S/4HANA transition approaches, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition.
• SAP S/4HANA Sales certification.
