Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Consultant to lead and support day-to-day IS-U FICA operations remotely in India. You will troubleshoot production issues, manage batch jobs, and drive integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on IS-U FICA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable finance operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U FICA experience.
• Strong knowledge of IS-U FICA operations and production support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA.
• Experience with SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with IS-U FICA integration with SAP modules and external apps.
• Ability to identify process improvements and operational workarounds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.

Requirements
