Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM and SAP SD

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects
• Strong SAP CRM configuration and ECC integration
• Understanding of SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes
• Excellent consulting, communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to present to senior management and client leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP CRM Sales & Service implementations, enhancements, and support projects
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including integration with SAP ECC and SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions
• Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Configure and manage CRM functionalities including: One Order Framework, Installed Base (IBase), CRM Web UI, Business Roles, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Complaint Management, Resource Planning
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements
• Provide functional specifications for custom developments and review technical objects
• Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, client-facing consulting engagements, and integrating SAP CRM with ECC systems.

Industry experience in Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental sectors will be highly preferred.
