VE3 is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive an enterprise SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration program from Pune, India. The role defines integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third‑party applications.

You will lead workshops, prepare interface specifications, and oversee data integration using SAP Integration Suite, OData/REST APIs, and middleware like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Integration experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong ability to define integration strategy and governance.
• Proficiency in SAP API Management and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, architecture standards, and governance for SAP and third-party apps.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specs and mappings.
• Design integrations using SAP Integration Suite, OData and REST APIs, SFTP and middleware.
• Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur and other apps.
• Mentor developers and ensure security, scalability, and performance of integrations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third‑party applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event‑based integration patterns.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third‑party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Integrations or HR implementation programmes is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, SAP Concur, and Microsoft technologies.
