Job summary

Sopra Steria India is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with SuccessFactors integration expertise. You will design, develop, and migrate integration scenarios between SuccessFactors and HRIS/payroll systems, lead technical reviews, and ensure robust data exchange.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience, strong knowledge of SAP CPI, SuccessFactors modules, and API integrations. The position is based in India with opportunities for global collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• SAP CPI and SuccessFactors experience in interface projects (8+ years).
• Proven SAP CPI consultant with focus on SuccessFactors integrations (Employee Central, Performance, Learning).
• Experience with SF APIs (SFAPI, SF OData) and handling multiple employment profiles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test SAP CPI integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Migrate from legacy Dell Boomi to SAP CPI and ensure data exchange integrity.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and troubleshoot integration issues.

• We are seeking a talented SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors to join our team. As an SAP CPI Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing integration solutions between SuccessFactors and various external systems and migrating from dell Boomi to SAP CPI. Your technical expertise and knowledge of SAP CPI will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation within SuccessFactors.
• Integration Development: Develop, configure, and test integration scenarios using SAP CPI, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Implement integration solutions that facilitate data exchange and process automation between SuccessFactors and other systems such as HRIS, payroll, time management, and recruiting systems.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integrations. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase and to migrate from dell Bhoomi to SAP CPI. Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors features and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements or enhancements to existing integration processes.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues, working closely with the development team, functional consultants, and stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis, implement necessary fixes, and ensure the stability and performance of integration solutions.
• Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the quality and functionality of integration solutions. Collaborate with the QA team to resolve any defects or issues that arise during testing. Support the deployment and post-go-live activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document integration designs, configurations, and technical specifications. Create and maintain integration knowledge repositories, providing guidance and support to the support team for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Your skills

• SAP CPI & SuccessFactors certifications are preferred with 4+ years of development experience as SAP CPI consultant in interface projects.
• Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
• SF Interface:
• Experience in using CompoundEmploee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API
• Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile's in iflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles.
• Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc..)
• Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related interfaces.

CPI

• Knowledge over BTP cockpit and tenant setup.
• Experience in custom interface implementation
• HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors, JMS Adaptor
• Experience in web service interface implementation
• Key based and certificate-based authentication.
• XSLT, Message mapping
• Groovy, Java scripting
• Data Converters (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI)

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
