Job summary

VE3 seeks an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation in Pune. You will define integration strategy, architecture standards and governance, while shaping API frameworks across SAP and third-party applications.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP integration, deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, API Management, and BTP. You will lead design workshops, mentor teams, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP integration experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP API Management, SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP Integration Center and SAP PI/PO.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and create implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications and mappings.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration and APIs across SAP and third-party apps.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur and other systems.
• Define API standards, security architecture and integration patterns.
• Review technical specs and integration designs for quality and compliance.
• Support integration testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and hypercare activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and change requests; support production releases.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring and performance of integrations.
• Mentor consultants and developers on integration topics.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
  
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
  
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
  
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
  
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
  
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
  
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
