Job summary

VE3 in Pune, Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive the integration strategy across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Payroll and third-party applications. You will define standards, API framework, governance and oversee technical design, security, and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP integration, hands-on with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, middleware, and leadership to mentor teams and manage risk from design to production support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

SAP Integration Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration design workshops.
• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.
