Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Payroll.
• Experience in minimum 3 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations.
• Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC.
• Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPS
• Integration with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems will be a plus.
• Led a team in minimum 2 SAP HCM Projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to be a single point of contact.
• Participation in proposal development and solution design inputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and assist data migration.
• Configure PA/OM/Time Management/ Payroll/ Time and Interfaces.
• Support S/4HANA integrations with Workday/SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Plan configuration activities, conduct POC sessions, and address requirements.
• Develop proposals and contribute inputs in solution design based on expertise.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
