Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage for the support queue and assign work to the technical team.
• Work with client finance and treasury users to understand problems, reproduce issues and confirm fixes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office changes.
• Investigate data discrepancies across source systems and differentiate data issues from logic or reporting issues.
• Maintain solution documentation, runbooks and user guides.
• Coordinate UAT and sign-off for fixes and enhancements per client process.
• Report queue status, SLA performance and recurring issue trends to the US tech lead.

Job Timing: Job Timing: 9 hours per day, with regular overlap with US Pacific Time mornings. Working hours will be approximately 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (PDT) or 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (PST), depending on US daylight saving time.

Job Role & Responsibility / Skills

• Own intake and triage for the support queue. Sort issues from enhancements, set priority, and assign work to the technical team
• Work directly with the client finance and treasury users to understand problems, reproduce issues and confirm fixes
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office changes
• Investigate data discrepancies across source systems and help separate data issues from logic or reporting issues
• Maintain solution documentation, including business rules by source system, report definitions, runbooks and user guides
• Coordinate UAT and sign-off for fixes and enhancements, ensuring releases follow the client's defined production process
• Report on queue status, SLA performance and recurring issue trends with the US tech lead

Skills

• Working knowledge of O2C and P2P processes, AR/AP and cash reporting concepts
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA data models (ADSOs, composite providers, calculation views) at a level that supports useful conversations with developers. Hands-on development is a plus, not a requirement
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office from a user and requirements perspective
• Hands-on experience running a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira or similar under defined SLAs
• Strong written and spoken English, with confidence dealing directly with US-based finance stakeholders
• Regular overlap with US Pacific Time mornings, typically until about 10:00 AM PT. That works out to roughly 10:30 to 11:30 PM IST, depending on US daylight saving time
