Job summary

Teamplus Staffing Solution invites applications for a SAP Functional Consultant (Remote) based in Kolkata. The position requires about 1 year of SAP functional consulting or BI/finance reporting experience and a BE/B.Tech degree.

You will own intake and triage for the support queue, work with client finance users to verify fixes, and translate requirements into BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office changes. The role offers full-time remote work within India.

Qualifications

• 1 year of SAP functional consulting or business analysis experience.
• Experience in BI or finance reporting is preferred.
• Bachelor-level technical degree (B.Tech/B.E.) required.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage for the support queue and assign work to the technical team.
• Collaborate with client finance and treasury users to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP/BI specs for BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office.
• Investigate data discrepancies across source systems and separate data issues from logic or reporting.
• Maintain solution documentation including rules, runbooks and user guides.
• Coordinate UAT and sign-off for fixes, ensuring aligned production releases.
• Report queue status, SLA performance and recurring issue trends to the US tech lead.
