Job summary

Oorwin AI in India is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Design Lead – Functional for a part-time, 100% remote role. You will drive end-to-end SAP design, architecture discussions, and cross-functional integration across modules such as MM, SD, FICO, and S/4HANA.

You'll mentor functional consultants, lead workshops, engage in pre-sales activities, and collaborate with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience with strong expertise in at least one SAP module such as MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM/WM, or FICO, along with hands-on ECC and S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.
• Proven experience leading solution design, architecture discussions, business workshops, functional teams/workstreams, implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Exposure to S/4HANA transformation/migration, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud solutions, solution governance, estimation, architecture reviews, pre-sales, and client presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor functional consultants, evaluate SAP innovations/best practices, use GenAI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, and grow into a Solution Architect role.

Responsibilities
