Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP/ERP functional consulting.
• Experience across SAP MM, SD, Pricing, APO, CRM, PI/PO and Oracle equivalents.
• Proven ability to manage middleware integrations and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and configuration across SAP MM, SD, Pricing, APO, CRM, and PI.
• Manage and support middleware integrations between SAP modules and other systems.
• Handle production support and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Support release cycles: planning, testing, and deployment of new functionalities.
• Prepare and manage data in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Module Expertise: Provide functional expertise and configuration in SAP MM, SAP SD, Pricing, SAP APO (Allocation), SAP CRM, and SAP PI.
• Middleware Integration: Manage and support middleware solutions to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other systems.
• Production Support: Handle production calls and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Release Management: Support different release cycles, including planning, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and updates.
• Data Management: Prepare and manage data in Excel sheets for various reporting and analysis purposes.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and management.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
• ERP Module & Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise and configuration across major ERP ecosystems. This includes managing SAP MM (Materials Management) alongside Oracle Purchasing / Procurement, and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) alongside Oracle Order Management.
• Pricing & Planning Logic: Configure and maintain complex pricing structures, modifiers, and price lists across systems (SAP Pricing & Oracle Advanced Pricing). Support supply chain demand and allocation planning using SAP APO and Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
• Customer Relationship Management: Support cross-platform front-office and customer workflows leveraging SAP CRM and Oracle CX / CRM modules.
• Middleware & Ecosystem Integration: Manage, monitor, and support comprehensive enterprise middleware solutions. Ensure seamless, end-to-end integration between ERP modules and third-party systems using SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle SOA Suite.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a critical tier for production support. Handle urgent production calls, troubleshoot cross-functional bugs, and resolve application interface failures to guarantee minimal business downtime.
• Release & Lifecycle Management: Actively support multi-layered release cycles. This includes environment provisioning, rigorous integration testing, regression mapping, and deployment coordination for new functional enhancements or patches across SAP and Oracle landscapes.
• Data Management & Analytics: Extract, prepare, and manipulate complex data structures using advanced Excel techniques (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling) to drive business reporting, data migration validation, and system analysis.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain exceptionally clear, concise, and proactive communication. Serve as a functional bridge between technical developers, system integrators, business users, and executive management.
• Documentation & Knowledge Governance: Author and maintain rigorous functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, business process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for audit compliance.
