Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Pune, India, seeks an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to design and implement field service processes and integrate with backend SAP systems such as S/4HANA or ECC. The role includes configuring SAP FSM to meet business requirements, and shaping the end-to-end service workflow for dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• SAP FSM certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements.

• Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Train end-users and support change management.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP Field Service Management, integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience in customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements
• Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC)
• Design end-to-end service processes for field operations including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
• Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Train end-users and support change management
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments

Technical Skills Required :

• Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus
• Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration
• Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI
• Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow
