Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP FSM consultant to join our SAP practice in Pune. You will implement and configure SAP FSM, integrate with S/4HANA/ECC, and design end-to-end field service processes including dispatching and mobile access.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FSM in a commercial setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of SAP FSM and related modules required.
• Experience in designing field service processes and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP FSM per business requirements.
• Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA/ECC).
• Design end-to-end field service processes including dispatching and scheduling.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP Field Service Management, integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience in customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• - Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements
• - Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC)
• - Design end-to-end service processes for field operations including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting
• - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
• - Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• - Train end-users and support change management
• - Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments

Technical Skills Required :

• - Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• - Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus
• - Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration
• - Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI
• - Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow

Functional Knowledge :

Qualifications :
