Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. You will implement and configure SAP FSM, integrate with S/4HANA or ECC, and design end-to-end field service processes including dispatching, scheduling and mobile access.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. Responsibilities cover blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, hypercare, user training, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• SAP FSM certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP Field Service Management, integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience in customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements
• Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC)
• Design end-to-end service processes for field operations including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
• Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Train end-users and support change management
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments

Technical Skills Required :

• Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus
• Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration
• Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI
• Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow
