Job summary

Infosys is seeking an SAP FSM Consultant to implement SAP FSM across multiple Indian locations. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on FSM experience, configuration, customization, and integration expertise, with exposure to SAP CPI and Groovy scripting.

Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service and S/4 HANA Service modules is preferred. The candidate will engage with clients to identify business challenges, refine data, and deliver solutions within a collaborative consulting team, contributing to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP FSM implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
• Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Exposure to SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules preferred.
• Familiarity with SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is an advantage.
• SAP FSM certification is desirable.
• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and contributing inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgets and guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with a goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions.
