Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to lead end-to-end FI/CO implementations across multiple Indian locations, including Bengaluru and Mumbai. You will gather requirements, design financial processes, and coordinate with MM/SD/PP teams to ensure seamless integration and successful go-live support.

The role demands 8–17 years of SAP FICO experience, strong GST and CO-PA knowledge, and ability to mentor teams and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-17 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Expertise in SAP FI CO configuration and integration.
• Strong GST, Asset Accounting, Banking interfaces, and CO-PA profitability analysis.
• Proven track record of end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and complex support projects.
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and user training.
• Strong coordination with technical teams (ABAP) and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO (FI/CO) modules.

• Configure FI (AP, AR, GL, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders) modules as per business needs.

• Prepare functional specs, perform testing (UT, SIT, UAT), lead cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support.

Your Role

• Strong handson experience in GST, Asset Accounting, Banking interfaces, and CO-PA profitability analysis.
• Proven track record of multiple endtoend SAP implementations, rollouts, and complex support projects.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and user training.
• Strong coordination with technical teams (ABAP), excellent problemsolving skills, and ability to lead finance transformation initiatives.
