SI2 Technologies Pvt Ltd invites an SAP FICO Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our finance transformation initiatives in India. You will implement, support, and optimize SAP FICO modules, collaborating with business stakeholders to map processes and deliver solutions.

The role covers configuration, testing, end-user training, and post-go-live support, with emphasis on month/quarter/year-end closures and cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP FICO processes.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA and PCA.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues; coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with development teams.
• Participate in testing: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain process documents.
• Develop training materials and end-user guides.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP FICO Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, SAP FICO configuration knowledge, and experience working closely with business stakeholders. This role involves process analysis, system optimization, configuration support, testing, user training, and participation in SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP FICO processes and resolve complex business issues.
• Configure and support key SAP FICO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Participate in system testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for financial processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and configuration documents.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
• Support integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects.
