Job summary

Capgemini in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant. You will lead Fusion Financials implementation, gather requirements, configure modules, and drive CRP/SIT/UAT/Go-Live with Hypercare.

You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role requires hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related modules, plus OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, support, enhancement, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business needs.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in the following Oracle Fusion Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Tax Management, Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
• Expertise in end-to-end Finance business processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Experience with security setup, approval workflows, and role-based access controls.
• Strong understanding of integrations with other Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, Procurement, Projects, and HCM.
