Job description

Required Technical Skill Set: SAP FICO

Desired Experience Range: 6+ years

Location of Requirement: All India locations

Must-Have

1. Core Components of SAP FICO
2. FI (Financial Accounting)
3. General Ledger Accounting: Chart of accounts, postings, closing operations.
4. Accounts Payable (AP): Vendor invoices, payments, integration with MM.
5. Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer invoices, dunning, integration with SD.
6. Asset Accounting (AA): Asset lifecycle, depreciation, integration with CO.
7. Bank Accounting: Cash management, electronic bank statements.
8. Taxation: VAT/GST configuration, withholding tax.
9. CO (Controlling)
10. Cost Element & Cost Center Accounting: Budgeting, allocations.
11. Internal Orders: Project cost tracking and settlement.
12. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA): Contribution margin analysis.
13. Product Costing: Cost estimates, variance analysis.
14. Profit Center Accounting: Segment reporting.
15. Integration Touchpoints
16. FICO ↔ MM: GR/IR clearing, procurement costs.
17. FICO ↔ SD: Revenue postings, customer billing.
18. FICO ↔ PP: Production order costs and WIP.
19. FICO ↔ Asset Accounting: Depreciation flows to FI and CO.
20. FICO ↔ Treasury & Risk Management: Cash and liquidity planning.

Certifications

1. SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI).
2. SAP Certified Application Associate – Management Accounting (CO).
3. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
