Qualifications

• Minimum 8-14 years of IT experience in SAP FI/CO
• Experience with Green Field Implementations and Support in SAP FICO on S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AR, AP, Taxation, Fixed Assets
• Exposure to third party systems integration (Kyriba/Diapason, Coupa, EBX, CTU)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO project implementations ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Develop and present functional and technical designs to Global SAP Team
• Provide end-to-end SAP FICO support, troubleshooting and resolutions
• Conduct workshops and end-user training on SAP FICO processes

Job Description

1. We are looking for senior Sap FI/CO Consultant having 8-14years of relevant IT experience, in the field of SAP FI and CO in S/4HANA environment Green Field Implementation and Support.
2. SAP FICO Functional consultant to perform mapping, conceptual, technical design and other FI/CO supportive functions. This role will drive the design based on functional requirements in support of configuration changes to SAP.
3. Accounting background is desirable. Must have good communication skills and attention to detail.
4. Presenting conceptual and technical designs to Global SAP Team for validation, ability to speak to all functional parts and required configuration.
5. A team player understanding the fundamentals of financial processes worked in complex organizations and is experienced with complex implementation projects, gained in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP applications.
6. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, providing expert advice on SAP FICO solutions.
7. Act as a key point of contact for SAP FICO-related queries and escalations.
8. Assist in the development of SAP FICO project documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
9. Preferably candidate worked and have knowledge for implementing SAP FICO General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Fixed Assets functionalities.
10. Preferably SAP FI Consultant have exposure and experience with third party systems like Kyriba/Diapason, Coupa, EBX, CTU experienced in Transformation project, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.

Work Experience

1. Minimum 2-4 full cycle Green Field implementation as well as in support projects with a focus on General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Profit Center Accounting or Product Costing in support.
2. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM.
3. In-depth knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules Experience with migration of complex SAP FICO landscape from Classic to new GL Team player with good communication skills.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize financial solutions aligned with client goals.
5. Provide end-to-end support for SAP FICO issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
6. Lead SAP FICO project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance SAP FICO understanding and utilization.

Qualification

1. Team member Preferably CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
2. Good hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the FICO module.
3. Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
8. Preferably worked in E2E Logistic customer Implementation project.

Total Experience Expected: 08-14 years
