Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with 3-6 years SAP consulting in Finance & Controlling. You will leverage US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP across countries to optimize processes and controls.

The role involves leading SAP FICO deployments, BCM/TRM in S/4HANA, and coordinating with global teams to transform finance operations using design thinking.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance with SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP across countries.
• Strong accounting concepts, processes, controls and budgeting principles.
• Familiarity with analytics, tech-driven transformation and design thinking.
• Experience with SAP FICO, S/4HANA, BCM/TRM modules.
• Cross-functional rollout experience and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consulting engagements including customer-facing implementations and rollouts.
• Drive advisory assignments in S/4HANA with focus on financial modules.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and rollout plans.
• Coordinate with cross-country teams to deploy in new instances.

Job description

• Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with :3-6 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling besides a good understanding of business processes
• Well versed with US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP for multiple countries, VAT, Sales Tax Requirements etc.,
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles.
• Preferably someone with a knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods
• Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set
• Deep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to Financial Accounting modules GL/AP/AR/FA/Taxes
• SAP Financial Supply Chain Management- BCM, TRM
• Working knowledge of integration OTR , P2P Process
• SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment
• Closely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, rollout plan
• Manage a team of people across various modules in SAP with focus on reengineering the business processes and migrating the business to a new instance.
• Responsible for deploying in various countries by coordinating between various teams in processes IT business and answering various stakeholders.
• Co working with cross functional teams Data modelling, Analytics, governance, infrastructure
