Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru invites an experienced Principal SAP FI Consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives powered by S/4HANA. The role requires 12+ years of SAP consulting with strong ties to CFO teams and global deployments.

You will work with cross-functional teams on problem definition, solution architecture, and rollout planning, and you will mentor a team across SAP Finance modules while aligning with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with ~12–15 years SAP consulting in Finance Controlling.
• Good understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP, VAT and Sales Tax.
• Experience leading cross-country SAP deployments and finance transformations.
• Familiar with data governance, analytics and process reengineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI (S4 HANA Finance) consulting engagements and client deployments.
• Manage a team across SAP Finance modules and drive business process reengineering.
• Collaborate with CFO teams and business stakeholders on solution architecture.
• Coordinate multi-country deployments and cross-functional IT-business teams.
• Support and maintain implemented solutions post go-live.

SAP FI (S4 HANA Finance) Principal ConsultantLooking for a smart and dynamic talent of 12 years+ consultants. The Lead (team) would work closely with CFO Team in supporting finance Transformation programs:Advanced Finance Close, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Cash Management powered by HANACollectionsprocess re-imagination , Swift ImplementationSupport and maintenance of implemented solutionsKey responsibilitiesSAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environmentClosely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, rollout planManage a team of people across various modules in SAP with focus on reengineering the business processes and migrating the business to a new instance.Responsible for deploying in various countries by coordinating between various teams in processes IT business and answering various stakeholders.Co working with cross functional teams Data modelling, Analytics, governance, infrastructure.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with ~12-15 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance Controlling besides a good understanding of business processesWell versed with US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP for multiple countries, VAT, Sales Tax Requirements etc.,Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles.Preferably someone with a knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methodsInfluencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-setDeep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to Financial Accounting modules GL/AP/AR/FA/TaxesSAP Financial Supply Chain Management- BCM, TRMWorking knowledge of integration OTR , P2P Process
