Job summary

Infosys in Bangalore is seeking an SAP FI (S/4HANA Finance) Consultant with 4+ years of experience to support finance transformation programs.

The role involves working with CFO teams on advanced finance close, central finance, and group reporting, and coordinating across business units to deploy SAP solutions globally.

You will mentor junior consultants, ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and tax requirements, and help drive process reengineering and data governance.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance consulting, 4+ years, with Finance Controlling knowledge.
• Experience with global deployments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax rules.
• Willing to work in Bengaluru location.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA consulting across customer implementations and rollout projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to define problems, design solutions, and plan rollouts.
• Lead a SAP module team; reengineer processes and migrate to a new SAP instance.
• Coordinate cross-country deployments across processes, IT, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data modelling, analytics, governance, and infra teams.

• SAP FI (S4 HANA Finance) Consultant
• Looking for a smart and dynamic talent of 4years+ consultants. The Lead (team) would work closely with CFO Team in supporting finance Transformation programs:
• Advanced Finance Close, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Cash Management powered by HANA
• Collections' process re-imagination , Swift Implementation
• Support and maintenance of implemented solutions

Roles Responsibilities

• SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment
• Closely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, rollout plan
• Manage a team of people across various modules in SAP with focus on reengineering the business processes and migrating the business to a new instance.
• Responsible for deploying in various countries by coordinating between various teams in processes IT business and answering various stakeholders.
• Co working with cross functional teams Data modelling, Analytics, governance, infrastructure

Technical Requirement

• Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with ~3-6 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance Controlling besides a good understanding of business processes
• Well versed with US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP for multiple countries, VAT, Sales Tax Requirements etc.,
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles.
• Preferably someone with a knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods
• Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set
• Deep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to Financial Accounting modules GL/AP/AR/FA/Taxes
• SAP Financial Supply Chain Management- BCM, TRM
• Working knowledge of integration OTR , P2P Process
