Job summary

Fujitsu in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (EHS) Consultant to lead the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on design, realization, data migration and testing to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

The candidate will have 5 years of experience with at least three rollout projects, strong requirements gathering and blueprinting skills, and hands-on work with Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, GLM, WWI template

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in SAP/EC-to-S4HANA migrations or equivalent SAP projects.
• At least three rollout or implementation experiences in SAP Product Compliance/EHS domains.
• Experience in requirement gathering and blueprinting for new projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, realization, data migration and testing for SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (EHS).
• Lead WWI template enhancements and GLM-related configurations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across GHS, OSHA, REACH, TSCA and other standards in go-live scenarios.
• Create functional specs and assist in technical specifications, test strategy and end-to-end testing.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (EHS) Consultant with expertise in SAP Product Compliance / Product Safety and Stewardship module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The Product Compliance Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

• 5 years Experience.
• At least three rollout or implementation experiences.
• Extensive experience in Requirement Gathering, blueprinting of new Projects.
• Extensive Experience Implementing Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Substance Volume Tracking, Report Management, Report Shipping, Global Label Management, Specification Management, WWI report Management, Bill of Material Transfer, Hazardous Substance Management.
• Regulatory experience in GHS, OSHA, EPA, REACH, UK REACH, TSCA, TSCA 12(b), CFR, ADR, IATA, and IMDG.
• Experience in Data Migration from Legacy to SAP systems and between SAP to SAP.
• Experience in creating Functional specification, assist in preparing Technical Specification Document, Test Strategy, End to End Testing.
• Experience working on WWI Template enhancements, fix existing issues, understand new requirements and implement changes in Templates at code level along with GLM expertise.
• Experience with GLM configuration, bar code, printer configuration.
• Experience with the specification database and property tree.
• Experience with EHS report symbols.
• Experience with generation of an MSDS/Label and MSDS/Label templates.
• Strong knowledge of labelling and EHS business processes, GHS Classifications Knowledge of S/4HANA Product Compliance, Product Marketability and Chemical Compliance.
• Proposing & Implementing improvements across EHS Processes.
• Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.
