Job summary

A global IT consulting firm in India is looking for an experienced professional with over 5 years in SAP EHS Functional roles. You will translate business requirements into user stories, support project evaluations, and validate solutions before user acceptance testing. Additional responsibilities include risk assessments and providing user training. Candidates with hands-on experience in multiple SAP EHS implementations are preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional.
• Part of 3+ SAP EHS implementations.
• Responsible for Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, and Product Safety.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirement specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
• Support Delivery Manager & Platform Analyst in evaluating solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation.
• Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application.
• Collaborate with Business, Architects and Platform Analyst to elaborate on the requirements.
• Prior to UAT validate that the solution meets business requirements.
• Validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
• Promptly escalate issues that affect product delivery and quality beyond scope of influence.
• Ensure seamless business operations support (third line support) when needed.
• Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices.
• Look beyond the current scope of work, propose new IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend innovations to platform providers.

Key Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional.
• Part of 3+ SAP EHS implementation.
• Responsible for Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, Product Safety and Dangerous Goods. Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas is required.
