Job summary

Fujitsu seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (EHS) Consultant to drive the ECC to S/4HANA transition. You will oversee design, data migration, and testing, ensuring minimal business disruption while delivering robust compliance capabilities across product safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in product compliance modules, blueprinting, and cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements in labeling, WOI, and global policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in SAP Product Compliance/EHS
• At least three rollout or implementation projects
• Experience in requirement gathering and blueprinting for new projects
• Experience with Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Substance Volume Tracking, report management and batch/template handling
• Regulatory knowledge: GHS, OSHA, EPA, REACH, TSCA, CFR, IATA, IMDG
• Data migration experience between SAP systems and legacy systems
• Experience creating functional specs, test strategies, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with WWI Template enhancements and GLM-related configurations
• Strong labeling and EHS process knowledge
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, realization, data migration and testing for SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation
• Lead requirement gathering and blueprinting sessions with business stakeholders
• Implement and enhance EHS product compliance processes and templates
• Coordinate testing, risk assessment, and cutover activities across teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple standards and regions
• Propose and implement improvements to EHS processes and label management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (EHS) Consultant with expertise in SAP Product Compliance / Product Safety and Stewardship module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
The Product Compliance Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.5 years' Experience. At least three rollout or implementation experiences.
Extensive experience in Requirement Gathering, blueprinting of new Projects
Extensive Experience Implementing Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Substance Volume Tracking, Report Management, Report Shipping, Global Label Management, Specification Management, WWI report Management, Bill of Material Transfer, Hazardous Substance Management
Regulatory experience in GHS, OSHA, EPA, REACH, UK REACH, TSCA, TSCA 12(b), CFR, ADR, IATA, and IMDG
Experience in Data Migration from Legacy to SAP systems and between SAP to SAP
Experience in creating Functional specification, assist in preparing Technical Specification Document, Test Strategy, End to End Testing
Experience working on WWI Template enhancements, fix existing issues, understand new requirements and Implement changes in Templates at code level along with GLM expertise
Experience with GLM configuration, bar code, printer configuration.
Experience with the specification database and property tree.
Experience with EHS report symbols.
Experience with generation of an MSDS/Label and MSDS/Label templates.
Strong knowledge of labelling and EHS business processes, GHS Classifications Knowledge of S/4HANA Product Compliance, Product Marketability and Chemical Compliance
Proposing Implementing improvements across EHS Processes
Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.
