Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced SAP EHS Consultant to join our India-based team. You will implement, configure, and support SAP EHS solutions across major industries, with focus on Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Occupational Health, and Incident Management.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience, strong integration knowledge with SAP ERP/S4HANA, and collaboration with business teams to streamline health, safety, and environmental processes in a Pan-India

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP EHS consulting experience.
• Strong experience in Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, and Incident Management.
• Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design SAP EHS solutions.
• Configure SAP EHS modules incl. Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Occupational Health, and Incident Management.
• Manage specification databases, phrase management, and reporting.
• Configure SDS and chemical compliance processes.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to streamline health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Perform testing, UAT, and production deployment; resolve issues.
• Participate in enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with 5+ years of hands‑on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, and Incident Management modules, along with integration knowledge across SAP ERP/S4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and provide SAP EHS solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP EHS Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS.
• Knowledge of Global Label Management and Regulatory Content Management.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in global EHS compliance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP EHS consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
