Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Integration specialist to design, build and optimize enterprise integrations using SAP Process Orchestration. You will work across O2C, Supply Chain, and 3PL processes, ensuring scalable solutions and robust interface health.

The role requires deep SAP PO expertise, EDI standards mastery, and hands-on experience with ESR, ID, mappings and adapters to deliver integrated, reliable platforms in a global delivery setting.

Requirements

• Experienced SAP Integration professional with 8-12 years of hands‑on expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) to drive enterprise integration initiatives across
  
• Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain domains.
• Strong techno‑functional knowledge, proven experience delivering complex B2B/A2A integrations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Deep expertise in integration design, EDI/3PL integrations, and a strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and order fulfilment processes.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using SAP PO.
• Build and manage A2A, B2B, EDI, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand O2C, Supply Chain, warehouse, and 3PL processes.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams across SD, MM, WM/EWM, TM, and Finance.
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize integration performance.
• Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, naming conventions, and governance practices.
• Support cutover activities, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Coordinate with external partners, 3PL vendors, EDI providers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PO, including ESR, Integration Directory (ID), message mappings, and adapters.
• Expertise in message mapping, XSLT, and Java mapping.
• Strong knowledge of IDoc, AS2, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, and SFTP.
• Experience with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and GS1, along with XML/JSON payloads.
• Good understanding of 3PL and external partner integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in SAP PO, including message monitoring, channel monitoring, and log analysis.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and how integrations support them, without requiring deep functional configuration expertise.
• Order‑to‑Cash (O2C):Order creation and delivery processing, Shipment execution and billing, Returns management.
• Supply Chain and Logistics:Warehouse operations and 3PL integrations, Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), Inventory synchronization and goods movements, Transportation milestones and carrier/partner messaging.
• Experience with SAP EWM and external WMS/3PL platforms.
• Familiarity with integration governance and architecture review boards.
• Experience with transport automation and testing frameworks.
• Experience working in global delivery environments and partner ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, SAP functional teams, and external vendors.
• Strong ownership and the ability to respond promptly to critical production issues.
