Job summary

Kyndryl India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP ABAP/PI-PO specialist to design, build, and support end-to-end integration scenarios. You will work on iFlows, mappings, adapters, and monitor interfaces, while coordinating with FI/MM/SD/HR teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP ABAP and PI/PO experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Exposure to S/4HANA, CPI, and cloud integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP with hands-on PI/PO integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering required.
• SAP certifications (ABAP, PI/PO) are an advantage.
• Experience in S/4HANA migration or integration projects.
• Exposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams; Agile/Scrum experienced.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO.
• Build and configure integration flows (iFlows), message mappings, interface mappings, and operation mappings.
• Configure communication channels and adapters (SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, File, JDBC).
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces via Message Monitoring and Component Monitoring.
• Handle error handling, reprocessing, and performance tuning of interfaces.
• Develop IDoc, RFC, and proxy-based interfaces; integrate SAP with 3rd party systems.
• Work with EDI interfaces and middleware communication; ensure data consistency.
• Provide L2/L3 production support; perform root cause analysis and preventive fixes.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, HR, and other functional consultants; translate requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery; prepare technical docs and unit tests.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• SAP ABAP (RICEF objects)
• SAP PI/PO 7.4/7.5
• Good knowledge of:
