Maitri Global in Pune seeks an experienced SAP PM/CS consultant with 8+ years of strong functional expertise to lead end-to-end SAP PM and CS configurations and support. The role covers maintenance, service management, integration with MM/SD/FI, and driving implementation or rollout projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP PM + CS experience.
• Hands-on configuration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PM & CS modules end-to-end.
• Handle maintenance objects, notifications, orders, and plans.
• Manage service management processes including contracts and billing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and support, and drive enhancements.
• Participate in implementation/rollout and project support.

We are hiring an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) + CS (Customer Service) Consultant with 8+ years of strong functional expertise for a Pune-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PM & CS modules (End-to-End lifecycle)
• Handle:
• Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
• Maintenance Notifications & Orders
• Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance
• Maintenance Plans, Task Lists
• Work on Service Management processes including service orders, warranties, contracts, and billing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and handle enhancements
• Integration with modules like MM, SD, FI/CO
• Participate in implementation / rollout / support projects

SAP PM covers activities like inspection, preventive maintenance, and integration with other modules, while CS extends this to customer-side service, billing, and warranty management

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP PM + CS experience
• Strong experience in S/4HANA or ECC
