Job summary

Quess is seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to lead configuration, integration, and enhancement efforts across the SAP CS landscape. The role covers service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and installed base data, with a focus on end-to-end implementation and hypercare.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SAP CS experience, working on multiple implementation or support projects, and will participate in testing, documentation, and UAT activities to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) configuration, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, installed base/equipment, and related master data.
• End-to-End SAP CS implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP CS enhancements, custom developments, integrations, reports, forms, and user exits/BAdIs.
• Knowledge of SAP CS integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM modules.
• Ability to analyze production issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.
• 5+ years of relevant SAP CS experience, preferably with multiple implementation/support projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP CS modules including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and installed base data.
• Lead End-to-End SAP CS implementations from requirements to hypercare.
• Deliver SAP CS enhancements and integrations, including reports and forms.
• Ensure SAP CS integrates with SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Create functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and support UAT.
