Job summary

SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking an SAP CRM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP CRM core configuration, BDOC processing, and utilities middleware integration to drive successful implementations.

You will drive end-to-end CRM implementations, cover Move-In/Move-Out, Payment Schemes, Contract and Complaints Management, Campaign Management, and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM core configuration and project delivery.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP CRM implementation in utilities.
• Strong BDOC configuration and IS-U middleware knowledge.
• Understanding of CRM master data structures including Business Partner.
• Experience with SAP CRM Web UI and UI Component Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Lead core configuration and project delivery in SAP CRM.
• Contribute to end-to-end SAP CRM implementation in utilities sector.
• Work on BDOC configuration and IS-U middleware integration.
• Configure business transactions (IR) and CRM master data.
• Apply SAP Web UI and UI Component Workbench expertise.
• Handle Move-In/Move-Out, Payment Schemes, Contract and Complaints Management, Campaign Management.
• Leverage ERMS, SAP Gateway, and Fiori where applicable.
• Prepare impact assessments and low-level design specs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP CRM core configuration, utilities business processes, and SAP CRM IS-U middleware integration. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP CRM implementation projects within the utilities domain and a strong understanding of BDOC configuration and processing.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM core configuration and project delivery.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP CRM implementation project in the utilities sector.
• Strong awareness of SAP CRM IS-U middleware configuration, particularly BDOCs.
• Strong knowledge of business transaction configuration, including IR.
• Understanding of CRM technical master data structures, including Business Partner and utilities-specific technical master data.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP CRM Web UI and UI Component Workbench.
• Hands-on knowledge of utilities business processes:
