Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with 8+ years of strong hands‑on experience in SAP CRM technical development, customization, integration, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP, SAP CRM WebUI, CRM Middleware, BSP, BOL/GenIL, and CRM integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications.
• Work extensively with BOL/GenIL, WebClient UI, BSP, and CRM technical framework.
• Develop custom solutions using ABAP/OO ABAP.
• Configure and develop CRM Middleware integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Work on BDoc, Queues, Adapter Objects, Middleware monitoring and error handling.
• Develop and consume RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services, and APIs.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues and perform RCA.
• Develop enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, BADIs, and implicit enhancements.
• Work on CRM transactions, business objects, actions, and technical configurations.
• Support interfaces and integration with external systems.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.
• Strong hands‑on SAP ABAP / OO ABAP.
• Strong experience in SAP CRM WebClient UI / WebUI.
• Hands‑on experience with BOL/GenIL.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Middleware.
• Experience with BDocs, Queues, Adapter Objects.
• Experience with BSP / Web UI Framework.
• Experience integrating SAP CRM with ECC/S/4HANA.
• Good knowledge of RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services and APIs.
• Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in production support and enhancement projects.
