Job summary

TechVerito in Mumbai is seeking an SAP Emarsys Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation to design, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with marketing and CRM teams.

You will act as SME for SAP Emarsys, build segments and automation workflows, run audience targeting with data and AI, monitor A/B tests, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while driving best practices across campaigns.

Qualifications

• SAP Emarsys certification as an implementation consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys as an end-to-end Marketing Automation tool.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns, segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, push, web personalisation, and direct mail using SAP Emarsys.
• Create reusable segments, contact lists, and automation workflows to improve engagement.
• Perform audience segmentation and targeting using customer data and Predictive AI models within Emarsys.
• Set up and monitor A/B testing and personalisation strategies.
• Generate campaign performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure campaign execution complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
• Support process improvements and contribute to campaign execution best practices.
• Act as SME for SAP Emarsys, mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives

• Hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys as an end-to-end Marketing Automation tool.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution, customer segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation.
