Job summary

Protiviti India seeks an experienced Senior Consultant SAP Concur to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization for global clients from Pune.

You will work on Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request modules, drive workshops, configure deployments, and ensure compliant, scalable SAP Concur solutions across multi-entity setups. 5-8 years of SAP Concur experience required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience with 6+ years in SAP Concur implementation.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request.
• Experience configuring Expense Policies, Approval Workflows, Audit Rules, and Payment Configuration.
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant SAP Concur to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Concur solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of hands-on experience across the Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request modules, strong client-facing consulting skills, and a track record of delivering successful, compliant, and scalable SAP Concur solutions for global and multi-entity organizations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Concur Implementation

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP Concur modules based on client business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Configuration Documents, and Solution Design documentation.
• Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Solution Design & Configuration

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP Concur solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Configure Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request modules, including expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, reimbursement processes, payment configurations, company card integrations, VAT/GST settings, user administration, and travel policies.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and alignment with SAP best practices for global deployments, multi-entity organizations, and integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Certification (Added Advantage)

Candidates must possess at least one valid SAP Concur Certification, preferably:

• SAP Concur Expense Certification
• SAP Concur Travel & Expense Certification
• SAP Concur Invoice Certification
• Any current SAP Concur Consultant Certification recognized by SAP

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of overall experience, including 6+ years of SAP Concur implementation experience.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request.
• Proven experience configuring Expense Policies, Approval Workflows, Audit Rules, Expense Types, and Payment Configuration.
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA or any other ERP
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
