Job summary

IBU in India is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Concur Expense solutions. The role requires 5 to 9 years of hands-on SAP Concur consulting experience, strong CBS/P-Card reconciliation knowledge, and experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA.

Collaboration with onshore and offshore teams and adherence to IST shift timings are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur functional consulting and end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate card reconciliations (CBS/P-Card) and compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in SAP ICSS or S/4HANA integration for travel and expense management.
• Strong client management, presentation, and solution design skills.
• Ability to align with the 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST shift schedule.
• SAP Concur Certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client-facing solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Concur Expense modules.
• Oversee CBS / P-Card transaction reconciliations, compliance monitoring, and tax validation.
• Configure and integrate add-on ecosystem components, including ExpenseIt, Concur Detect, Concur Extract Services, and Concur Tax Assurance.
• Manage integration touchpoints between SAP Concur and core ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA / SAPICS / legacy FI-TV).
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore teams and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
