Job summary

Kiya.ai in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced SAP Concur consultant with 6+ years of SAP consulting experience and involvement in 2+ end-to-end SAP Concur implementations across Travel, Expense and Invoice. The role focuses on designing policies, configuring Concur, and enabling seamless integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Involved in 2+ end-to-end SAP Concur implementations across Travel, Expense and/or Invoice.
• Experience with SAP Concur policy design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for Travel & Expense policy, process and workflow design.
• Configure SAP Concur Expense, Travel and/or Invoice.
• Configure policies, approval workflows, compliance rules and audit controls.
• Understand T&E accounting including expense accruals, tax treatment, GL mapping and vendor/payments.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Follow Concur best practices with a preference for standard functionality.
• Implement and support Concur-to-SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration.
• Configure and support mobile expense capture, receipt imaging, corporate card feeds, travel agency integrations.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-country T&E implementations.
• Configure audit rules, policy compliance and fraud-detection controls.
• Lead UAT, integration testing, training and change-management activities.
• Support Concur reporting and analytics for spend visibility.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are addressed.
• Support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
