Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra seeks a seasoned SAP Concur Consultant to drive Travel & Expense implementations and ongoing maintenance. You will tailor configurations, workflows, and policy rules to meet client requirements while ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.

You will support post-go-live activities, deliver end-user training and documentation, and collaborate with SAP Concur and product teams to adopt new features and improve compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP Concur Travel & Expense experience.
• Experience with workflow design, expense policy configuration, and audit rule setup.
• Knowledge of Concur integrations with ERP systems via Connector/API/middleware.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions based on client requirements.
• Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings.
• Provide post-go-live support including end-user queries, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) or third-party financial systems.
• Develop and maintain reports using SAP Concur Reporting (Intelligence) and support compliance reporting.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform end-user training and documentation of configuration and process flows.
• Ensure expense policies are enforced through audit rules and automation.
• Liaise with SAP Concur Support and Product teams for escalations and new feature adoption.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Concur Consultant with hands-on experience in the Travel and Expense (T&E) module. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Concur solutions, ensuring seamless travel booking, expense reporting, policy compliance, and integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions based on client requirements
• Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, and policy settings
• Provide support for post-go-live issues, including end-user queries, bug fixes, and system enhancements
• Coordinate integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) or third-party financial systems
• Develop and maintain reports using SAP Concur Reporting (Standard/Intelligence) and support compliance reporting
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications
• Perform end-user training and documentation of configuration and process flows
• Ensure expense policies are enforced through audit rules and automation
• Liaise with SAP Concur Support and Product teams for escalations and new feature adoption

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur - Travel & Expense
• Strong understanding of Concur Travel, Expense, and Request modules
• Experience with workflow design, expense policy configuration, and audit rule setup
• Knowledge of Concur integrations with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, etc.) via Concur Connector, APIs, or middleware
• Familiarity with Concur Intelligence and Reporting Tool (e.g., Cognos-based)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to mobile app configuration and expense reimbursement cycles
• Knowledge of corporate card integration (e.g., AMEX, VISA feeds)
• Experience working with global deployments and multi-currency, multi-country configurations
• SAP Concur Certification (Travel/Expense) is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP Concur training/certification preferred
