Job summary

The role requires overseeing end-to-end Concur implementations, configuring workflows, and coordinating with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. Strong integration experience with SAP and middleware is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall experience in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur implementations and configurations.
• Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP Concur projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects from requirements to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure Concur modules and workflows (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request).
• Engage with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to define objectives and gather requirements.
• Supervise integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ECC/S4HANA, HR, and payroll via APIs or middleware.
• Define audit rules, per diem, mileage, and tax compliance.
• Support SIT/UAT and integration readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex issues and coordinate with SAP Concur support.

This pivotal role involves leading a cross‑functional team, providing strategic guidance on best practices, and ensuring the final solution aligns with business requirements for travel, expense, and invoice management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering and analysis to go‑live and Hypercare support.
• Configure Concur modules and workflows (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request)
• Engage with key stakeholders from Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to define clear objectives, gather business requirements, and ensure organizational alignment
• Supervise the design and implementation of seamless integrations between SAP Concur and existing enterprise systems, such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, HR, and payroll systems, using APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and file‑based interfaces
• Define audit rules, per diem, mileage, and tax compliance.
• Support SIT/UAT and integration readiness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues, providing expert‑level troubleshooting and coordinating with SAP Concur support when necessary

Qualifications:

• 10–12 years of overall experience, minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Concur implementations and configurations, with involvement in at least 2 full‑cycle projects in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of T&E processes and Concur site design, configuration, admin and integrations.
