Job summary

Infosys is seeking a qualified consultant to work on Callidus Cloud Commissions. You will diagnose client issues, design solutions, and drive deployment to achieve client delight. Responsibilities include proposal development, solution design inputs, and planning configuration activities.

You will also conduct product demonstrations, lead POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that fit client budgets, while guiding small projects and contributing to broader initiatives at Infosys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Callidus Cloud Commissions is required.
• Experience in Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is a plus; knowledge of Crystal Reports is advantageous.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation in Callidus Cloud Commissions is required.

• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-value solutions.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of work experience (certification is preference) in Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions.
• Experience in Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is an added advantage; knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Should have experience of working in at least one end‑to‑end implementation in Callidus Cloud Commissions.

• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference‑room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value‑adding solutions to customers.
