Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt Ltd in India is seeking an SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN & CALM Specialist to oversee monitoring and performance against KPIs, ensuring reliable delivery of SAP applications and infrastructure services to business users.

You will work with Application Support, Project Delivery and SAP vendors to support changes, enhancements, and new functionality onboarding within a Service Management framework.

Qualifications

• Analyze complex business processes and conduct workshops to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for monitoring and operational improvements.
• Support business process design and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Develop and implement End-to-End monitoring solutions and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple operational priorities, demands, and support transition projects.
• Provide second-line operational IT support, including ticket resolution and impact assessment for enhancements and projects.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and training on Solution Manager, Focused RUN, and CALM.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated urgent and complex issues to ensure business continuity for SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN, and CALM applications.
• Provide second-line operational IT support, including ticket resolution and impact assessment for enhancements and projects.

An SAP Solution Manager, Focused RUN & CALM Specialist working within Service Management teams is expected to take full responsibility for monitoring and measuring service performance against KPIs, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of application and infrastructure services to business users.
