Job summary

Crave Infotech in India is seeking an SAP Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, document processes, and map both As-Is and To-Be SAP solutions, covering SAP SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, FICO and S/4HANA.

The role involves workshops, BRD/FSD preparation, stakeholder management, and coordination with clients, SAP consultants, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with SAP module implementations.
• Ability to document BRDs/FSDs and maintain process diagrams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating SIT/UAT and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document business requirements through workshops and discussions.
• Analyze current and design future business processes and SAP solutions.
• Create Functional Specifications and BRDs; maintain process diagrams.
• Coordinate with clients, business users, SAP consultants and IT teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, validate requirements, and assist during go-live and post-implementation support.

Role: SAP Business Analyst

Core Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering
   • Conduct workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
   • Understand and document business requirements.
2. 1. . Business Process Analysis
   • Analyze current ("As-Is") processes.
   • Design future ("To-Be") processes.
   • Identify process improvements and SAP solutions.
3. Functional Documentation
   • Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
   • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
   • Maintain process flow diagrams and documentation.
4. Stakeholder Management
   • Coordinate with clients, business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams.
   • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
5. Testing & Implementation
   • Support SIT/UAT activities.
   • Validate business requirements against delivered solutions.
   • Assist during go-live and post-implementation support.

Required Functional Expertise

Strong knowledge in at least one of the following SAP modules:
