Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in SAP Business One implementation projects from requirement gathering to Go-Live.Understand client business processes and assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).Configure SAP Business One modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.Conduct business process mapping and recommend ERP-based solutions.Assist in master data preparation, migration, validation, and system setup.Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support issue resolution.Prepare functional specifications for customizations and coordinate with the technical development team.Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals and implementation documentation.Provide post-Go-Live support and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain project documentation, status reports, and implementation records.
