Lee & Nee Softwares (Exports) Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. You will map business requirements to SAP B1 modules, configure systems, and support projects from design to post‑go‑live. Strong client communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential.

You will lead end‑to‑end SAP B1 implementations, perform gap analyses, prepare documentation, and coordinate data migration and testing. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, mapping business processes with SAP B1 functionalities, configuring modules, supporting implementation projects, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support.The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support, strong functional knowledge of ERP processes, and excellent client communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Manage end‑to‑end SAP Business One implementation projects from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements, existing processes, and operational challenges.
• Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Prepare Business Blueprints, Business Process Documents, and functional specifications.
• Configure SAP Business One based on approved business requirements and project scope.
• Work on core SAP Business One modules, including:
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Sales & Accounts Receivable
  • Purchase & Accounts Payable
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Fixed Assets and other relevant modules
• Configure workflows, approval procedures, authorizations, and other system settings.
• Coordinate master data preparation and migration, including Business Partners, Item Master, opening balances, inventory, and other relevant data.
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify functional issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for fixes and customizations.
• Coordinate with technical consultants for reports, Crystal Reports, integrations, add‑ons, and custom developments.
• Conduct end‑user training and prepare user manuals and training documentation.
• Manage cutover, go‑live activities, and post‑implementation stabilization support.
• Handle client queries and provide ongoing post‑go‑live support and functional troubleshooting.
• Maintain project documentation, issue trackers, change requests, and implementation records.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate project progress, risks, and requirements effectively.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend suitable SAP Business One solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Business One Functional Consulting.
• Experience in at least 3–4 major SAP B1 modules, preferably Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production/MRP.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, and go‑live.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS SQL / SAP HANA and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports / SAP B1 reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Experience working with SAP B1 add‑ons and third‑party integrations will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
